Common questions
Goal and streak calculations
WaterWise compares each day with the goal saved for that date. Streaks update from completed days, so confirm that your entries and the device date are correct.
Smart reminders
Reminders use your selected time window and interval, while adapting to recent drinks and today’s progress. They pause for the rest of the day after you reach your goal.
Changing units or quick adds
Open Settings to switch between fluid ounces and milliliters, change your daily goal, or customize the quick-add amounts shown on Home.
02 / LOCAL DATA
Clear local data
Open WaterWise Settings and choose Reset WaterWise to permanently remove hydration history, goals, achievements, preferences, and other locally stored app information. You can also remove local data by uninstalling the app. Removed data may not be recoverable unless your device platform retained a separate backup.
03 / NOTIFICATIONS
Manage notifications
Enable Hydration Reminders in WaterWise Settings, then choose your reminder window and interval. If reminders do not appear, confirm that notifications are allowed for WaterWise in your device settings. Reminders adapt to recent drinks and daily progress and stop for the day after your goal is reached.
04 / BUG REPORTS
Report a bug
Include your device model, operating-system version, app version, what you expected, what happened, and the steps that reproduce the issue. Screenshots are helpful when they do not contain information you prefer to keep private.
